I am so excited to host this design class. Flowers to wear are such an expression of the moment. I flower in your hair won't last forever but the impression left can last a lifetime. Let's take it up a notch, Flower earrings and cuff bracelets, head pieces and chest plates. This time of year flowers are abundant and will be celebrated. This class will meet in studio and work with flowers cut fresh that morning form the garden. Design with me every week in August.
'Koke', is Japanese for moss and 'dama' is ball. Kokedama is as Japanese Bonsai practice. A ball of moss containing a plant that fits in the palm of your hand. This practice is thought to have been adapted from the careful observation of the small amount of moss on the exposed roots and trunks in traditional bonsai. Schedule a class for you and up to 4 friends!
